  Janet Urdahl is amazing. She even helped me find additional therapy relevant to my mental health. I can not stress enough how helpful and amazing she made my experience, and how much easier my life will be thanks to this process.

  Michelle was very professional and very helpful through getting my animals ESA approved. The apartment company went through Pet screening and they were being very difficult. Michelle was patient and went above and beyond what was asked of her. I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this situation.

  On a scale from 1 to 5 stars, I would rate pettable 5 stars because it was such a quick and easy process to get the information I needed. I appreciated how my therapist called me to go over my approval and how I could have the option to hire a therapist beyond applying for my pet to become the emotional support animal I wanted. I was also looking around for different ESA websites and pettable was the most reliant and non-pushy in getting me to apply. I recommend it to whoever asks me about getting their pet to be one. thank you

  I would rate Pettable 5 stars, the ease of connecting me with a licensed provider with experience dealing with ESA letters needed for lease renewals made the experience so much better. They also follow up at renewal time to check in and remind you of your ESA letter expiration which is needed for another renewal year at my apartment complex. Thanks Pettable for keeping me up to date and making this year’s lease renewal equally as stress free as the last.

  Definitely 10/10. Pettable was super quick and easy. I got my ESA letter in a matter of minutes after speaking with the therapist over the phone and that call was just a few minutes as well. Saved me tons of money with my apartment complex. I had a great experience with them overall.

  I would rate Pettable a 5 star because the time it took to complete the evaluation and get the official letter was very quick and the professional who interviewed me was kind, friendly, and thorough. I appreciate the service that is provided if there is trouble with a potential landlord situation respecting my emotional support animals. I also appreciate the follow-up this year to remind me about possibly getting a new letter for the upcoming year.

  I had a great experience and it was an easy process. It helped me with the transition of moving to a new state with my pups. My GSD ESA was not allowed to live in many rentals without updated documents. I appreciate how quickly I was able to speak to a provider and get the documentation I needed to bring them with me.   The therapist was great to talk to and was really helpful in a number of areas. I also didn’t feel judged at all and was able to address difficult topics honestly! Having an ESA animal is so important for someone like me so it also means a lot that I felt the assessment was being taken seriously so it worked for people who actually need it!

  This was an incredible experience. The letters were exactly what I needed and my building accepted them. However, the best thing was how convenient it was. I was worried I would have to take time off work to get this done, but luckily you Pettable offered evening and morning times so I never had to miss work. I was so lucky you were able to work around my schedule. Best of all you sent me the letter within an hour so I never had to worry that I found Pettable when it was too late!

  I would rate you all a five. It was a great experience overall. Getting my ESA letter was incredibly simple and the website was easy to use. The only problem I found was that once I got the letter I would have appreciated a little guidance in how to turn in the letter to my leasing office. One of the reasons I got the letter was due to my anxiety. I think a small section on your website acknowledging that turning in the letter can be an anxiety-inducing experience but sharing other user’s success stories after turning in the letter would have helped motivate me.

  I love Pettable! I currently live in an apartment and they would not allow me to live there with the kind of breed my dog is. Once they validated my need for an emotional support animal they were able to further validate my need for multiple. My doctor was clear with their communication and what I could expect. When I got my letter, there was a small error. I contacted my provider and she was quick to edit the letter and send me the corrected version.   I researched multiple companies who advertised about ESA letters, but was worried about finding a reputable service. Pettable was one of the only websites who have straightforward and honest information. I live in California, and there’s a new law that requires a 30 day waiting period between meeting your therapist and receiving your official ESA letter. I knew this going into the process, but most websites hid this fact, boasting that, even in Cali, I would receive it in a day, which I knew to be impossible. Pettable advertised this from the beginning, and Daniel was wonderful to work with. The application was user friendly and I knew I was getting a properly vetted ESA letter and service. My apartment accepted the temporary letter Daniel provided. I cannot recommend Pettable enough!

  I rate Pettable five stars because they adehered to State laws and provided a stress free intake form that allowed me to openly communicate my mental health and how my animals aide me in day to day life. The therapist I spoke with asked simple questions that did not feel intimidating nor judging, and I was able to comfortably explain my situation. I was provided an ESA letter a month later which my landlord accepted and I received my pet deposit back and all monthly pet fees have ceased.
